When viewing your dashboard you're given a few different filtering options. Each filtering option will change the way your dashboard is shown. You can select a filtering option by clicking/tapping on the filter dropdown at the top of your dashboard.

Selecting a Filtering Option

  1. Navigate to your device dashboard and tap/click on the filtering dropdown box.

  2. Select your desired filtering option from the menu. Your dashboard will automatically update to reflect whichever option is chosen. (More info on what each option does below)

Filtering Options

  • Drag & drop order (Default) - This is default view for your dashboard. You're able to drag & drop devices in whichever order you wish on your dashboard, and this option will display whichever order you've chosen.

  • Devices with issues - This option will sort your devices by ongoing issues. If a device has an ongoing issue, it will appear at the top of your dashboard.

  • Recently added devices - This option will sort your devices by the most recently added device. Your most recently added device will appear at the top of your dashboard.

  • Last blinkup - This option will sort your devices by the most recently blinked up device. The device with the most recent blinkup will appear at the top of your dashboard.

  • Newest data - This option will sort your devices by the device(s) with the most recent data. The device with the most recent data upload will appear at the top of your dashboard, with the rest following the same order.

  • Hidden - This option will only display your currently hidden devices. If you have a hidden device, it will appear in this view.
