Device Alert Settings

  1. Tap on the device card on your dashboard to enter the device page.

  2. Go to the "Alerts" tab (bell with pencil) and your alert settings will be at the top of the page.

WiFi Disconnected Alert - This will enable you to receive alerts if your device gets disconnected from WiFi.

Power Outage Alert - This will enable you to receive alerts if your device runs into some sort of power outage. Ex: Being unplugged, batteries dying, power outage, etc.

Low Battery Alert - This will enable you to receive alerts if the batteries inside of your device start getting low. You can set a custom battery type & a custom low battery voltage.

Device Photoperiod

  1. Tap on the device card on your dashboard to enter the device page.

  2. Go to the "Alerts" tab (bell with pencil) and your photoperiod will be below the "VPD Guidance" box.

  3. Update your day and night start times to match your current day/night cycle.

Device Alert Thresholds

  1. Tap on the device card on your dashboard to enter the device page.

  2. Go to the "Alerts" tab (bell with pencil) and scroll down until you hit the Day/Night thresholds section

  3. Set your thresholds to be as in line with your environment as possible. Making your thresholds in line with your environment will guarantee that you're alerted if anything goes wrong. You can choose to enable/disable certain alerts by tapping the slider on the left-hand side -- Blue = Enabled / Grey = Disabled

Threshold FAQ's

What do the day/night light % thresholds mean?

For Day Time Light - You'd want to set the threshold to whichever percentage your light shouldn't go below during that photoperiod. For ex: If you want to be alerted when your light drops below 50% light, you'd want to set your threshold to around 50%.

For Night Time Light - You'd want this set to whichever percentage your light should not go above. For ex: If you light percentage should go above 1% during night, you'd want your threshold to be set to 1%.
