Hiding a device is a useful way to remove an unused device from your dashboard. When a device is hidden, it will no longer be visible on your dashboard and you will no longer receive notifications from it.

Hiding a Device

Step 1:

  • Go to your device dashboard and tap/click on a device to enter the device graph page.

Step 2:

  • Go to your device settings page, and then scroll/swipe to the bottom of the page where you'll see the "Hide Device" slider.

Step 3:

  • Once you've found the "Hide Device" slider, tap/click on the slider. Once you tap/click on the slider it will turn blue and show an "Update successful" prompt at the bottom of your screen. This means your device was successfully hidden.

Unhiding a hidden Device

Step 1:

  • Navigate to your device dashboard and tap/click on the filtering dropdown box.

Step 2:

  • Once the dropdown box is opened, select the "Hidden" filtering option. (Depending on your device you may have to scroll down in the dropdown menu)

Step 3:

  • Tap/Click on the device you wish to unhide.

Step 4:

  • Go to your device settings page, and then scroll/swipe to the bottom of the page where you'll see the "Hide Device" slider.

Step 5:

  • Once you've found the "Hide Device" slider, tap/click on the slider. Once you tap/click on the slider it will turn from blue to grey and show an "Update successful" prompt at the bottom of your screen. This means your device was successfully unhidden.
