FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Why are DO (Dissolved Oxygen) sensors useful? Dissolved oxygen sensors let you monitor how much oxygen is available in a hydroponic or aeroponic nutrient solution, which directly affects root respiration and nutrient uptake of the plant. By tracking DO in real time, you're able to adjust aeration or oxygenation equipment to keep root zones healthy and maximize yield potential.

Can my sensor remain fully submerged? Yes! DO-1 is meant to be fully submerged in your tank/reservoir.
