Canceling your Plan
Go to your Settings > Pulse Plus > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription.
(You may have to scroll down depending on your screen size)
Updating Payment Method
Go to your Settings > Pulse Plus > Manage Subscription > Payment Methods.
Go to your Settings > Pulse Plus > Manage Subscription > Billing History. You will be able to see and download your past invoices.
I'm not receiving my invoice(s), what do I do? Check your spam & promotions folder and add email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org to your mail contact list. If you're still not receiving notifications, please contact us via the methods mentioned below.
I was billed incorrectly, what do I do? Please contact us as soon as possible via the methods below so our support team can help get you sorted.
