Managing your Subscription

A guide on how to manage your Pulse Plus subscription. Edit, make changes, update card info, cancel subscription, etc.

Looking to manage your Pulse Plus subscription? We have you covered! This guide will cover everything you need to know about managing your subscription.

Canceling your Plan

Step 1: Tap the bubble in the top right and go to your settings

Step 2: Tap the "General Settings" dropdown menu, and then scroll down & select "Subscriptions" from the menu.

Step 3: Tap the "Manage Subscription Button"

Step 4: Cancel (or edit) your subscription

Updating Payment Method

  • Go to your Settings > Pulse Plus > Manage Subscription > Payment Methods.

Billing History

  • Go to your Settings > Pulse Plus > Manage Subscription > Billing History. You will be able to see and download your past invoices.

FAQ

I'm not receiving my invoice(s), what do I do? Check your spam & promotions folder and add team@pulsegrow.com & info@pulsegrow.com to your mail contact list. If you're still not receiving notifications, please contact us via the methods mentioned below.
