An overview of our notification types, what they mean, and how to dismiss them.

Ongoing Notifications:

  • Devices with ongoing/unresolved issues will have a red banner indicating that there is an ongoing/unresolved issue with that device. The banner will remain red until the notification is dismissed in the notifications tab.

Critical Notifications

  • Devices with critical issues will have a purple banner indicating that there is an ongoing critical issue with that device. Critical notifications will appear at the top of your notifications tab, are unable to be dismissed, and will stay active until the critical issue is resolved.

Disconnect Notifications

  • Devices with connectivity issues will have a grey banner and a red signal strength indicating that the device is disconnected or running into another connectivity related issue.
