First you want to open your Pulse app and login if needed.
Then you want to click the hamburger button ( Three stacked lines located top right) and then select account.
Once you’re on your account page, you should see a bar that is labeled “Notification Email” and it should have your current email listed.

You want to replace whatever email is in the box with your carrier email to text extension. For example if AT&T is your carrier it would look something like this (1234567890@txt.att.net)
If you do not know your extension then you can look it up, or contact your carrier and they should provide you with the correct extension.
Common extensions:
AT&T: phonenumber@txt.att.net
T-Mobile: phonenumber@tmomail.net
Verizon: phonenumber@vtext.com or phonenumber@vzwpix.com
Virgin Mobile: phonenumber@vmobl.com
