First you want to open your Pulse app and login if needed.

Then you want to click the hamburger button ( Three stacked lines located top right) and then select account.


Once you’re on your account page, you should see a bar that is labeled “Notification Email” and it should have your current email listed.

*Changing your notification email will also change your login email*

You want to replace whatever email is in the box with your carrier email to text extension. For example if AT&T is your carrier it would look something like this ([email protected])

If you do not know your extension then you can look it up, or contact your carrier and they should provide you with the correct extension.

Common extensions:

AT&T: phonenumbe[email protected]

T-Mobile: [email protected]

Sprint: [email protected]

Verizon: [email protected] or [email protected]

Virgin Mobile: [email protected]
